1. 1.First of all

      3. ■The number of playing times granted at first start
      4. 　When you start this application for the first time, you can play your favorite game up to 5 times. These times will not disappear until they are used out.
      5. ■The number of daily playing times
      6. 　After the first 5 times being used out, you can get one time at 0 o'clock everyday(JST). This will not be kept to the next day if you don't use it.

    5. 　(3) Customers can use the number of plays purchased by completing the procedure for purchasing the number of plays of this application at Huawei AppGallery.

    6. 　(4) You shall pay the usage fee by the payment method which was defined on Google Play or App Store or Amazon AppStore.Huawei AppGallery Please confirm the sum of usage fee on the final screen.

    7. 　(5) To use this application, in addition to the usage fee, the communication expense which is provided by the telecommunication operators will also occur separately.

  6. 5.About subscription(GooglePlay､AppStore､AmazonAppStore)
    1. 　This application will be updated automatically unless you cancel the subscription. If you don't wish to renewal the subscription, you can cancel it by the following methods. Please attention that even if you uninstalled this application, the subscription will not be canceled.
      1. ・Cancellation of subscription
        Depending on the terminal you use, the method of cancellation is different as follows.

          2．Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.

          4．Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
          5．You can cancel the subscription by pressing the "cancel registration" button.

        1. 1．[App Store]→Click [Subscriptions].
          2．Select [Unlimited Play Crayon Shinchan],then [Manage].

  7. 6.Stop / cancel the contract
    1. 　　we may stop providing service or terminate this contract in case of the customers do not pay the fee or in case of any other violation of this agreement. We will able to use the customers' information in undefined method for improving the software,or provide it to the third parties without notifying in advance.
  8. 7.Guarantee
    1. 　　we will guarantee normal operation for this application for one year after downloading. It's only for the customers who has subscribed. However, it may be incompatible due to a major update of the OS,or the alteration of the terminal.
  9. 8.Intellectual Property Rights
      1. (1) all of the intellectual property right including copyright on this application belongs to us or a third party who owns the right.
      2. (2) Users shall not reprint, copy, modify, accumulate or transfer the contents of this application without our permission.
  10. 9.Elimination of antisocial forces
    1. 　　Please promise that you will not threaten, restrict or obstruct us, the telecommunications carrier group companies and other third parties concerning this application.
  11. 10.Prohibition of transfering the possession of rights and obligations
    1. 　　You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
  12. 11.Compensation of damages
      1. (1) If the users suffer damages because of this application, we will compensate for it up to the amount of 1 month's usage fee. However, the cases of intention or gross negligence will not included in.
      2. (2) We will not assume any responsibility if you can not use this application because of you can not connect to communication service.
  13. 12.Consultative matter
    1. 　　If there is any doubt or dispute between you and our company due to this agreement, the two parties should follow the principle of good faith to negotiate. But if still can not be resolved, although the conflict of laws requires the application of other laws, we still require that it should be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law and submitted to the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center ("JIDRC") for arbitration by JIDRC in accordance with the rules in effect at the time. The place of arbitration shall be Japan and the arbitration shall be conducted in Japanese. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties to the dispute.
